- Be punctual, prepared and fully present for every arrangement.
- You are an independent companion: set your rates and boundaries clearly on your profile.
Conduct with Members
- Warm, engaging and gracious — a Velvet Girl is excellent company, never just a pretty face.
- Never share a member's identity, conversations or arrangements with anyone.
- End and report any chat that becomes disrespectful or unsafe.
- Escalate disputes to support rather than arguing in chat.
Aesthetic Requirements
- Impeccable grooming: hair, nails, skin and fragrance always on point.
- A curated, elegant wardrobe suited to fine dining, events and luxury travel.
- Photos on your profile must be recent (under 6 months) and a true representation.
- Maintain the elegance the Velvet brand is known for — sophistication sells.
Content Standards
- All premium content must be tasteful and non-explicit — elegance is the product.
- Only upload media you own or have rights to.
- Set your own prices, but keep quality consistent with the platform's luxury positioning.
- Covers must be classy — the same standards as your public gallery.
Verification & Privacy
- A valid government ID is required before your profile goes live.
- Never reveal your ID documents or personal address to members.
- Keep your WhatsApp number current so verified members can reach you.
- Your personal details are protected — only your display profile is public.
Bookings & Earnings
- Confirm transactions in chat promptly after receiving payment proof from the member.
- Payouts are processed per the schedule in your Model Hub.
- Keep your availability status up to date — it builds trust and repeat bookings.
- Top earners respond fast, show up beautifully and treat every member like a VIP.
